If you have a nanny or teaching qualification you will receive more money in relation to the length and calibre of your course. The more solid experience and references you have, the higher your pay will be. Ranges of salaries are between 150 stg to 300 stg per week for a live in job.
For those without much nanny experience or a qualification babysitting experience counts, as there are loads of Mothers Help Positions where the mother is at home a lot of the time. You should still have a love for children and a genuine interest in caring for them.
You need to be able to drive a manual car and have your Full Licence.
You should also be flexible about your dates, and preferably wait till we find you a placement before booking your flights. We can find families for you - getting the job is up to you - how you come across on the phone and how detailed your application and references are.
We charge a $150 Program fee - this is non refundable and covers our time in getting you interviewed and screened for the UK nanny screening Laws. It also includes a SIM card, Orientation, Bank account and assistance in getting your NHS number on arrival to the UK.
However if we don't think we could arrange any UK job interviews for you then we will not accept your application and send everything (including your cheque) back to you before your NZ interview.
